    Default Greenwood info needed!

Thinking about heading to Lake Greenwood soon and looking for some info. Can someone tell me the water level, water color, and water temp? I will probably put in at river forks road boat ramp.

    Thanks, Brandon

I know the lake is about 4 to 5 ft below full. It's actually about where it normally runs this time of year. You should have no problem putting in at river forks. I would not suggest Moons at this level. HWY 72 I'm not sure about rarely put in there anymore but there use to be a bad hole on the left side when the levels got this low. As far a color and temp I'm not sure. The big Saluda coming out into Murray was 48.5 and slightly stained last Wed at Kempsons bridge. If I go up that way this Wed ill let you know.

Not sure about Greenwood, I have not been on the lake for awhile but the Saluda is light stained and last week the water temp was 51 degrees. I would think the lake is running about the same.

Water temp was 52 yesterday and light stain. And fish not waiting to bite.
