    Well you cut filets in a size of a dime and deep fry. makes them nice and crunchy.

    Looks good but would be better with crappie. I reckon that is all that is in Whyle so you have to be satisfied with what you got.

    Half plain yogurt half Duke mayonnaise. Spice: Dill, Oregano, Cilantro, Cumin and a warm spice of choice. Last a splash of lime.
