Default Tried wateree for the first time ever.

Tried wateree for the first time and really cant wait to fish it again. We didnt nail them but brought home enough for dinner this week. Largest crappie was over 12" so. Small was 9". Sinkerman, will let you know when i am going back. Fished from 9am to 3pm, probably caught 10-15 catfish, but were small.

Very nice, looks like it didn't take long to figure out a method that produced your first crappie dinner. Congrats to you and Mrs. on a fine day.

I wished Wateree was close enough for me to fish on a regular basis. Congrats to you and the Mrs for spending such a nice day on the water together and bringing home enough for dinner.

Way to go! Wateree is a great lake to fish. I'm looking forward to taking a trip over there in about a month.

Nice catch Tim I am glad you were able to catch enough for a good meal especially after our trip Friday night and Saturday. I did not go today and I got a leaky toilet to fix tomorrow. Probably try Murray later in the week.
