I just got off the phone with the man himself. He had a blood clot that was putting pressure on his spinal cord. The doctors fixed that but he still doesn't have a lot of feeling in his legs and left arm. The doctor said that the feeling should come back when the spinal bruising heals. Linda said that he made a lot of improvement since yesterday. He will be in Piedmont for another couple of days, then to Charlotte for therapy. We talked for about ten minutes, and of course, all he wanted to talk about was fishing! I told him that CDC had a prayer chain a mile long and he said to tell everyone that he appreciated your prayers. I now have Linda's cell number and I will try to keep everyone updated.

Thumper ... if you would please, also post updates in the "prayer chain" post on the Main Forum. I'm sure all our Prayer Warriors and concerned members would appreciate it.

Thanks for that update. Ive been very concerned about Rango but I know he's a tough ole bird. I just hope and pray for his continued improvements. Keep us posted when you can.
