    Default fishing trip # 2 in New to me boat


    well forgot to post my maiden voyage last week, but anyways me and the wife brought back some real nice Lake Greenwood crappie for sure and todays outing was a little bit better as far as the fish, but now the wind that's another story we had a great day out on the lake me the wife and my little girl fished for about 4 hrs ended the day with 15 real nice crappie all well over 10 inches and 4 real big white perch !!! I will get some picture out on the new boat setup and let me tell you the Minn Kota Ulterra is the ticket for sure !!! here is a cooler shot of the days catch all caught longlining and no one color out fished the rest !!!!

    Glad to see some fish at least. I agree the Ulterra is the best. I'm really enjoying mine now that I'm brave enough to launch and spot lock it as seen on TV.

    now talk about funny this morning when I got back down to the dock I got in my boat and there was some guy in another boat watching Jack aka Bigtime launch his boat he backs it in and the boat shoots off the trailer and the guys mouth drops open like a 2 dollar suitcase boat out in the middle Jack pulls away and all of a sudden the trolling motor deploys pulls to the side and spotlocks the wife and little girl was laughing at the guys because they shocked it was funny for sure !!!

    Way to go Strmwalker! Glad y'all had a good family outing. I would have like to have seen the look on that guys face when Bigtime did it. LOL!! How deep were you fishing? Oh how about some pictures of the new boat to you! Thanks for the report and pics.

    Joe, that's a nice catch and will make a fine meal. I know you guys had fun on a family outing and glad your boat is working out for ya. Catching fish is ALWAYS fun. Congrats.
