    Make it out of marine ply
    Seal it with epoxy than fiberglass it

    Done

    Since I'm going to epoxy and glass the deck plywood I need to get some heat (sunlight) on it.
    I'll be creating a tent to hold the heat

    I need to do something like that when I take my boat to Florida to support the cover at night. What size PVC is that? 1/2"??

    Yea, 1/2 " pvc, 10' sections, I used clamps here and there but mostly the pipes are wedged in place.

    Got it covered and 1st wave of epoxy is on.
    Soaked in fast as it had to be 90 inside the tent

    Actually this is a good way to keep Oldfish from seeing where I'm fishing and marking my honey holes!
