Thread: Is there a SC fall fest in the works?

I hope so........

We can do a fall event at Secession in mid Oct if y'all want. I can set it up the same as we did last year with renting the shelter in Iva for sign up and weigh-in and we can do the box meal again.

I think that mid to late October would be a great time to have one there. Let me know if you need me and Bringingblood to do anything.........Hope we can get some of the Georgia boys up here for this one.

Hey let's set it up for Oct. 24th the weekend before Halloween. Usc and Georgia has a bye that week for football and Clemson has a road game. I think we could get together a good turn out for oct. 24th.

O ya and to the guys that weighed in over 10 lbs of slabs and won the spring crappie fest. starts off with a 5 lb pentaly to level the playing field. Hahaha just kidding. I still have nightmares when he pulled them fish out. By the way Ed duke from southern crappie rods wanted to show support and donated two 14 ft rods to give away at the next crappie fest. I'm also in the works of getting some other things together for a raffle or whatever.

The 24th works. Burdawg is on a roll on the last two events. Time to put a stop to that run Ed Duke has made it worth the day to win one of those two rods!! Will get the details together over the weekend and get it posted so we can keep all the info together on one thread.

May can work that in to my schedule. May can get some of the Wylie crowd to come over.

I got it on my calendar. Hope I can make it, last fall was fun. I'll try not to catch the big fish on Friday this time.
