Sorry to hear this Ray. Why couldn't you go after the original developer? Breech of contract? Lawsuit? I would get as many neighbors as possible and talk to your lawyer friend. Maybe he can write a letter(nasty) to the new developer with his letter head on it. Also I guess the town of Lexington approved this project when first developed? So that was one of his promises to be able to build this subdivision. I would also talked to the town of Lexington or at least a council member to get answers. I hate a cheap developer. Good Luck!!

One just for the swamp. One boat is good, so two must be better...

Well if I can't work out a solution to my satisfaction I'll let you know. In the meantime, aren't you supposed to be catching up on your rest??

Yes, Sea Ray, we can make a deal if you need to... I think your old boat
    will fit in your garage...

after 2 missions trips and mom's health issues....

about 2 weeks ago, dad and I went to Lake Murray dam and put the boat in for the first time. We just rode around for a while about 30 minutes.. I forgot the trick to start it.. but that's alot of HP compared to my little jon boat..

Hope you get thru this HOA issue. I think these other guys have great idea's to follow up on.
