Not cheap but if you want it fixed right then find somebody that has a tig welder.

I tried and tried patching leaky rivets never found anything that worked. I agree welding is probably the best wy.
The aluminum is usually very thin and flexes a little, making patches unreliable
I've tried about all I cound get my hands on....silicone, JB Weld, etc., but since a metal boat flexes I never found anything that would be a permanent fix. If you can seal it up by applying pressire with washers and bolts then you MIGHT stop a leak. Good luck trying stuff and let us know what works.

The pro's have spoken. I have tried most all them fixe's. Welding works best.
Google Eternabond tape. I used it to seal the seams on our RV. You can get a smal patch rather than roll of tape which is pricey. It was developed by the Navy to seal underwater tanks. It will not provide strength and you can't have it rubbing like dragging over concrete, but I guarantee you it will seal a leak. Just be sure you have it where you want it bcause once applied it is not comming off.:-)
PS just remembered I have some left over. If a 4" by 6" piece will do PM me your adress and I will send you some.
It wil be next week before I can send it. We are out of town until then.
