Another awesome Crappiefest with some of the best folks you could ever call friends. I want to Thank each and every one of you that attended this year (and Don "sinkerman") for all the help you give to keep these events going. Thanks for the big turn out today even with the below freezing temps the day started out with. Fish were caught, food was cooked and a fine meal was laid out for everyone to enjoy. I am glad I was able to meet some of our members that I had not had the chance to meet before today.
I'm not sure of the total numbers of people we had today but the one chance I tried to count I lost count at 63
A congrats goes out to all the trophy winners and a big congrats goes out to Burdawg and Bringingblood for a awesome creel weighed in today of 5 fish at a weight of 10 pounds even
I am dragging but wanted to get this posted along with the pics I took today before I run out of gas LOL. Look forward to a bigger event next year with our Crappie.com family.

Looks like ya'll had a blast. Not exactly the best weather but looks like ya'll didn't do too bad.
Me and Allen enjoyed the day too. Crappiefest is always fun even if the weather isnt always the best. I saw alot of nice fish caught today and alot of new faces I havent seen before. It was great talking with all the old friends and also getting to make new friends. I also want to congratulate all the trophy winners today. Anyone that has ever thought about coming to our Crappiefests and havent made any of them yet should make plans for attending next year. If it's too far to pull a boat then just make the weigh-in and meal. Guaranteed....you aint gonna meet and fellowship with a nicer bunch of folks.

Fishing is like pizza.......Even when it's not that good, it's still pretty good!

Thanks for the great pictures.
It looks like a great turn out again this year. It was cold here in Cayce so I know that it had to be cold there. When it comes to fishing, the weather seems to take back seat then. It looks like there was a lot of jaw jacking going on and I bet there were some big tales being told. It looked like the kids were having a great time also.. Crappie get together like this are always fun. I know that I always had a great time when I went to the contests at Watts Bar in Tn. Maybe in the future I'll be able to attend when things change here at home, until them enjoy the times together and tight lines to all.

Looks like everyone had a good time and most caught fish. Sorry I could've be there but there is always next year. I go back to the doc on wed and should get an idea when he is going to turn me loose. Congratulations to all the winners and also those that stuck out the cold day to participate.
Looks like it was a good day of fun with good fishing. With a turn out like that you know their were stores about the ones that got away. wish I could have been their.
