    Default Blalock with stump

Me and stumphunter made a trip to Blalock to fish and fellowship a bit. Beautiful day except for the wind blowing so hard. We did catch a few fish, nothing big. What we did get we're on jigs around structure in deeper water. Didn't get a bite on the minner. After the sun went down what bite we were having went with it. I had a good time showing him around the lake and fishing. I did starve him though, I brought sammiches for us and completely forgot about them hopefully he won't hold that against me.

Rob I had a great time yesterday. What a beautiful lake to spend the day on, with the fishing biting or not! I can't get that river run out of my thoughts, what a awesome place to be able to fish come time for the spawn. Sharing fishing info and stories of past fishing trips always makes for a good time. Thanks for dragging me along for the ride, enjoyed it
