    Default Bass pro

Bass pro is going to open up 2016 in Greer on intersection of 101 and 85. They gonna have a underwater themed bowling. And gonna build a mall either like concord mills in NC or myrtle beach. Greenville area is growing.

Yes they do but as far as crappie fishing they don't have much. A little disappointed in the fly fishing department also. Not much in stock when I was they last week.

I agree stump. I went back in there yesterday and got to look at what I missed the first time. And not a whole going on. The best place I found stuff and good prices is grizzle jig company in Mississippi. Shipping is fast people are friendly, I've never been there but have ordered several times and always fast. Said thing is bps is about the same way. If bps wants to do this store right they need to find out what we the hunters and fishers would like in there stores. Since we are the ones who spends money there. Since I got into crappie fishing one thing I found out is to stay away from big stores.

I agree. They said the reason is there is more hunting and fishing license holders in Spartanburg per than anywhere else in the state. ( I say bs) there may be more in the upstate but I don't really know. What we need is more smaller mom and pop stores.

Been in there once and agree Dave. Store was small in size but not in product. I was amazed at how much was packed in there. Stores like that is what we need more of. The bigger stores are nice and have a lot flashy stuff that you really don't need.

I was really disappointed with the new cabelas. Acadamy has just about as much tackle, and at a cheaper price. Cabelas doesn't have a saltwater section either. Somebody didn't do much research. You can get the stuff needed for walleye rigs though. It's all about the clothes. Major mark-up. $$$. Bring on the bps.
