Goose creek resovoir... Anybody ever fish it ?

Headed to the coast for a week taken the old boat this time.Thinking about hitting GCR y'all know anything about it.Going to try to stay in fresh water may hit some bream crappie cats maybe hit tail race while I'm down there.Thanks guys.

There are a few reports on here concerning GCR over the years. Seems hit or miss. Bushy Park which is not too far from GCR was having a significant bluegill bite off the beds last weekend. Anything from foot of water to two and half feet on crickets was working Sunday.

Thanks klbass .This place got some nice crappie in it.Had 18 keepers in 4hours fish were in the 12fow .Caught the pulling roadrunners.Got my line broke 2 times.Going back in morn got a gameplan now .Try to get y'all some pic posted.Not a bad place to fish at all ..

Congrats Butcher! I think I may try GCR on Saturday. I got beat up pretty bad on Moultrie Saturday and Sunday. The wind and pleasure boats were relentless. I managed four 13 inch fish on Saturday early but nothin on Sunday.
