Default I have all the time in the world to fish but no money to go fishing in the boat :(

Been out of work for over a month now but its been a fight to get help. Ive been trying just to get a bs job to get by with until I find what I want and I cant even get that right now. I went fishing with my father in law off shore on Lake Russell Saturday and did nothing. A couple of small bream and he caught one small largemouth. Sunday he calls me up and asks if I want to go fishing again. I jump out of bed and we go to Hartwell. Fishing off shore on Hartwell is pointless because the water is down at least 10-15 feet. With that heat we had lately the fish have moved for deeper water. Had I been able to get my boat from my parents house and go fishing Im sure we wouldve done better but fishing off the shore wasnt producing at all. If anyone knows of someone hiring in the Anderson Piedmont Easley area please let me know because Im not shy about doing manual labor.

I feel for ya bjoyce, a lot of folks think the economy is doing much better, I beg to differ. The stock markets rise is how many politicians judge the economies recovery. I judge it by how far my paycheck goes each week and by how many of my friends are employed. The big companies just aren't hiring. I'll tell you why, once they realized the work could be completed with a much smaller work force and their bottom line was so much better, reduced salary caps, reduced benefits packages, over manning has become a thing of the past. Keep on them and stay positive! and most of all, GOOD LUCK!

Hope you can find something soon.
With the rain we been having I guess the power companys are using any water that has been coming into the lakes. Hope your fishing picks up. There are some good fish biting when you find em.

I know how you feel, I have been out of work since Feb. Just not many Auto Mechanic jobs within driving distance to Lancaster.

Good luck on the job hunt, and the fishing.
