    Wow! About everytime I look at how many is on-line I always see about 3:1 guests vrs. members. Seems EVERYBODY wants in on the fun here on Crappie.com!

    99.9% of the guest you are seein,are bots trolling the site...
    google,yahoo,msn theres 1000's of bots that do this.

    Yep they crawl it logging all the info into search engines which gets the site hits which brings more members.

    i run into a lot of strangers in my ramblings around and if i got the beast with me, especially at gas stations, guys will come up to me and want to know how theyve been biting. i tell em how the bites going, show em the fish if i got any, then ask if they got acess to a puter. about all of em say yeah. then i tell em about cdc and about all the info you can find about how the fishings going in our area. lots of em say they will visit the site. wether they do or not i dont know but theyve got the seed planted about cdc.
    listen with your eyes---its the only way to beleive what you hear...

    CDC has some interesting boards. Most the time if one will look around you will find something that will get you interested on the subject being discussed.It does amaze me of the number of people that reads CDC and will come up and talk with you at the ramp. Wish they would all join the site and jump in with us!!

    same here Rango. have met many folks and talked about CDC. even see a couple of folks joining up I have spoke to about it. the more the better i guess.

    I often forget to sign in so guess I usually show up as a guest. I work in Virginia but have my retirement home on Lake Wateree. I don't get down there as much as I like so reading CDC is my outlet. You guys do such a good job of describing your time on Wateree that I almost feel I'm there. In a couple of years when I get there full time I promise to catch up on my postings to pay you back!
