I bought this a few months ago from a fellow and all 4 banks worked fine. Plugged it in the other day and saw the number 2 bank was not working. There is a crack in the side of the housing, but I do not think it affects it working. A great “3 bank” charger that I just hate to throw away. $40. I will not ship. I live in West Tn and I don’t mind driving a bit of needed.
