That’s strange, they used to have a program where if they sold the complete rod they would sell you any section because they could sell the other sections later. Bought a couple of butt sections and center section for PST like that. If you didn’t talk to Wade might call back and try talking to him. Or like pappy said call and talk to Jack Wells.
