Nice place Bob.. My wife and I would love it. She wants to move back to Texas so she can be closer to kinfolks. Need to hold it for her until she retires in a couple years. it's been a while since I talked to you you should bring your wife and visit the property I would take you out fishing and you would definitely will be in crappie heaven about 10 minutes from the boat dock not to mention the large bass that come into the boat dock in the spring I caught a six pounder right off the dock you guys would love this property it has so much to offer I be sending you a email okay.

I went to his place last month. Very nice with the acreage and heavily wooded. All of his out buildings are very nice as well, top notch for sure. Boat house is off the main lake back in a cove which is nice for Toledo Bend when the wind kicks up.
