$350 American dollars for this this system.

    No transducers.

Comes with power cables for lss box and head unit, cover, and manual.
What you see is what you get.

    Very good condition.

Replaced with Lowrance Touch on my Jon Boat.

Will this unit connect to a Lowrance gen 2 HDS Touch via ethernet cable and have the ability to display the regular sonar, down imaging, and side imaging that the Touch unit is displaying. This would be ran off the existing touch units transducers. Does this make since?

It will display everything via Ethernet from the touch (except maps of course). I use a LSS1 on my pontoon as a ethernet hub.

Thanks. I would like to be able to see the same way points on both maps.

You would be able to see the waypoints on both units. The HDS 5 has the Insight maps built in just like the Touch 7. You only need to connect the units with an Ethernet to share waypoints and transducers SI, DI, 2d. SI/DI transducer would need to be connected to the 7 touch. 2d could connect to either unit. All would be shared by global selection. The LSS1 box is not required to accomplish this because the Structure scan is built into the touch 7.

    FYI.
