Hey guys, surprises are usually bad when I get them, but today, I got a good one.

I called the nations leading Tohatsu expert to find out when the software/ugrade would be available to upgrade this 115 to a 135 (139 actually). He indicated that Tohatsu/Nissan has not made a release yet, but it was anticipated.

The good news is that the Factory warranty is not 3 years as my dealer told me, it is 3 + 1 extended, therefore giving full warranty until April 14, 2010, and extended Powerhead/injection/lower unit extended warranty until 4-14-2011.

NO charge for the extra year of warranty!!:D

Cmon Wannabe, you are not far off. Go ahead and take the plunge. Fishing comfort and luxury, your kids can tube at nearly 40mph in summer, your wife can lay out and tan on the luxurious comfortable carpet. Its a better investment than a house!
