I call it, seat of pants planning. Or pile management. Just like a jigsaw puzzle, where's the fun in actually organizing things.

If its just cold piston seizure I have used Acid to remove the Aluminum deposits in the cylinder liner, re-ring a new piston, re-scratch the cylinder with a flex ball hone and put it back together with great success. If you had piston seizure chances are the Crank bearings are fine too.

I just got back from Blue Springs. Wifey always books a couple days there to see all the Manatee. And this time there were a lot. I'll have a video to share shorty about the trip, it's was a good trip. Anywho, thanks for the info Rojo, I'll be getting back into the motor this weekend. Yeah, I know the head gasket is blown, but it does not account for the seizure the previous owner said that the engine had. So yeah, I think you may be onto something. And hopefully it's exactly that. Cause that too should not be too difficult. We will find out in the next day or two. Keep you finners crossed y'all.
