Default Question for those of you running the Helix 12 Mega SI g4n

When on side scan and you are making on the Fly adjustments to range, sensitivity or going from any screen back to SI, is your screen showing the data history with Contour mode on and current data with contour mode off? I have a video I can post if it will help better explain what I'm talking about.

WOW That's a new one on me. I have the Gen3 of that unit and had various others since the Gen1 came out and I have never seen that. It's in demo mode for the video, but does it do the same on the water? Also, have you updated it?

It does it on the water also. It was already at 2.660 when I got the unit new. I talked to Hummingbird about this situation last week and was advised to send it in. Got the unit back and the letter in the package said that there was no problem found so I reinstalled the unit on my boat today and this is what I found. Same problem as first reported and I recorded the video and sent it to hummingbird also. Only thing I get from the tech was they've never heard of it before and I'm the first with the issue. Of course when I asked if it was a normal issue I was told that the video would be sent to their support team and would be getting back with me.
