Default Not sure. What do you think?

Deployed this great piece of bamboo habitat a couple of months ago. Initially thought the hot spots were fish hanging out but we were unable to get anything to bite (they are rather picky now anyway). What do you think the bright spots might be?

We just deployed it two weeks ago. Not sure enough time for moss.

We were just easing up to it prior to spot lock so probably just short of zero.

Ah, thank you. So the blobs happen when slowing (creeping) along in DI? Also, slight correction. Two months ago not two weeks ago so maybe some vegetative growth.

Chart speed should match boat speed. Draws a better picture.
Yes 2 months, should have some growth.

Turn on Fish ID (under the Sonar tab) to help distinguish fish from structure (in the 2d view) .

Really? Do you recommend using fish I.D.? I don’t, but maybe I should? I struggle in understanding what I see a lot of the time.

Fish ID in the HB units use algorithms associated with the fish air bladder size to assign the Fish ID symbols ...

Of course Fish ID can be fooled ... but still is a viable option for thick cover or fish schools with several sizes in the school ...
