Elite ti saves cost by not having Ethernet capability ...

It still has touch, CHIRP 2d, the all in one Totalscan 2d/DI/SI xducer, limited WIFI, and NMEA for waypoint sharing

For users that don't need Sonar sharing - these Elite ti machines are a great value ...

HDS and Elite ti can be connected by NMEA to share Waypoints only ...

Elite ti would need the TotalScan xducer connected to have any Sonar ...

Is the 9 inch screen big enough or should I go for the 12 inch screen ...........the price is double and not sure it would be worth it....heard a lot of people say the 7 is just too small....but what about the 9...............everyone says get the biggest you can afford....but im reall wondering if the 12 is worth double the price

The 9 inch screens are fine until one starts splitting the screens into Combo views ...

You might consider moving into HDS before moving into ti 12 ...

If there's no thought in additional units to expand and share in future plans - ti 12 is a solid choice ...
