Thanks for posting. Good info.
When I first started using Humminbird sonar about all I really used was what depth water I was in. I was not using my sonar for all it was worth. Now that I have a better sonar a HB899ci HDSI I have been trying to learn everything that I can of what it will do. Let me say now that my fishing and catching ability has increased a very whole lots as I have learned to use my sonar for a whole lot more than just what depth water it is reading. Thanks to a lot of very knowledgeable people here on crappie.com that don't mine helping and answering question on when, where and how to use these new units. Well this youtube video helped me learn a lot on how to record and playback videos of stuff that I missed while out on the lake fishing. It will show you how to use Humminbird PC and Google Earth to make and store waypoints. HumView on how to make recording ,playback and send snapshots and just a ton of other information. Please take the time to watch this video if you are not already using all this information already Because if you are not using all this well(you don't know what you are missing.). I would like to thank people like Tapout64 for making these videos and others here on Crappie.com for all there help. Here is the youtube video link.

I too like to reply the sonar at home. I find all sorts of new cover/structure that I didn't see while in the boat for whatever reason.
