Look at what i found! I fished over em for a couple hours and had no luck! A fellow c.com member and I have discussed what our interpretations of this is and I think we r spot on! I was going to share and get some suggestions of what you guys think it is as well.

They look to big to be shad to me but I don't know. Look foward to hearing what most think it is.

Asian carp will paint individual fish echoes that size ...

And cannot be caught ... Except by accident ...

What kind of baits did you use? I have seen this on my screen before in the winter. Thinking it was shad I threw my cast net over top of them. Big mistake! They turned out to be channel cats stacked in a wintering hole! It took me 2 hours to get about 40 catfish out of my net! It could be large shad or white bass also. Throw a cast net in the water next time and you should get an idea of what they might be.

I was using double minnow rigs, and double jig rigs tipped with minnows.

If a man had a big net, they could wipe them totally out of this hole, because I scanned the whole lake and this one hole had all the fish in it.
