    Default 1198 quit recognizing 360

This morning. I could manually retract and deploy 360 but the screen would not come. Went to accessories and 360 was not there. Any ideas?

Haven't had that happen. Sure you tried all the easy stuff, power on, restarted 360, did you verify you had power to the 360? Power to the Ethernet switch?
Really beats me, because I would bet money, you already did the above.

Reboot 1198 and kill power to 360 for at lease one minute, then power back the 360.check connections

Try killing the power to the 360 first.that might be all that's needed

Can't imagine any electronics that need power killed more than a couple seconds. Any more than that, you actually have an issue. The only thing maintained for more than a power outage is boot information for any device.

The extended off time for the 360 would give the network node table in the 1198 time to clear and then reset once the 360 is powered on again.
