Where do I pick up my prize?
Here's a blowup of the nose of the barge...
You can, indeed see the fractures on the both sides...
It would be my guess the barge sank nose 1st ... (in 30' of water)...
This could definately have pushed the nose of the barge into the lake bottom enough to create a depression in the lake bottom where the barge hit nose 1st...(to answer kosmo's question of the dark spot under the barge's nose)...
So the light blue area indicated in the OP is where the side of the barge is fractured...and a wide enough fracture to allow the sound pulse to pass thru the side wall of the barge...

Unbelievable how good you guys are! If I saw this personally, I would have said, it was just a glitch in my graph of something, and thats only if the line had caught my eye. Way to pay attention details!
