    Default Normandy Lake Aeration

Put the kayak in at Normandy Lake last week hoping to catch some fish and play around with the Humminbird 899 unit. I knew Normandy had an aeration system on the lake but had no idea how big it was.....it is very big......and was not even thinking about it until I got in the middle of it and thought for a few seconds something was wrong with my unit. Then I noticed myself in the middle of tiny air bubbles. The system is a series of pipes run along the bottom of lake. I had nothing with me to get down to the depth these fish were at. I only was carrying 1/64 ounce jigs. Notice all the fish around and close to the oxygenated water....thats a lot of fish! I had sharpness set to low in si but it is off in di as I run scroll speed at 2 in the kayak and that is the speed that there is software problem in the di so have to leave sharpness off. Need to learn to start fishing deep again.
