    It's really interesting that Bass Pro had to take that down before too many got to see it. Perhaps some legal issues?

    Doesn't surprise me. That's why I copied the text in the posts. I hope that doesn't cause any problems for Ed or the Lowrance guys who post here.

    These are stumps that im casting to that you see on the 360. The di shot is from my rotated transducer that showing one of the stumps as i passed over it

    Great, right when I was getting ready to pounce on a bow mount 360, Lowrance offers something that intrigues me. I'll probably still go with the 360 since the rest of my hardware is HB, but if Low can get similar or better results and start a price war, might be worth waiting a while longer.

    From the initial info, it looked like maybe it isn't a true 360....since they are calling it spotlight. Maybe it has to be rotated with the trolling motor?

    My understanding is that it will be more of a directional view, gonna be the new cat's meow to spider rigging. Sure glad I saw this thread, had almost made up my mind to switch back to the birds and get a couple of 1198s, on hold rite this minute until we get some news about this.
