Those are some awesome shots. I agree that they are some of the best humminbird I have ever seen.

Pic #2 has some discrepancy, but not as much as the third. I always go with the range lines, but I know a lot of guys complain about the depth readings jumping around.

Beautiful pix, by the way! Thanks for posting

those shots were pulled from humviewer where I went into a SI left and right view and changed it to only look at the right side. I was following a channel with the sharp drop bank to my right. Nothing to the left to see and the fall downs were all to the right coming down the highwall. This is why the depth reads(IMO) more than the distance from the center line of the boat.

Hope this helps in reference to your Q. Good eye for detail

Went back today. Windy was not even the word for it but was able to take fish. Those fall downs only gave up one keeper, being so deep and not be able to drop a anchor I was on the trolling motor all the time and had to switch to a heavier jig due to the bow in the line. Had to leave that spot due to the wind and lack of keepers and found this spot.

Got the rest of the keepers here and several dinks had a fun day. Bait is really starting to come in and I'm seeing larger schools of crappie. The Fall bite is starting but I wish the water temps would come on down faster.

    Great job slabbacks..

I'm really surprised you didn't catch any from that first spot...

I see lots of fish in the brush in the right SI water column...

between the wind putting a huge bow in the line then the heavy jig I had to switch too there is no telling how many bites I missed. Did pull in some dinks but not enough to talk about. We have a front coming in Monday and I'm heading back before it hits. Hoping that turns the larger ones on.
