    I was wondering if there would be any advantages going from a hummingbird 1197 to a 1198. I own a 1197 now.wondering if 1198 would have a better picture? Thanks for info.

    I went from 997 to 998 and im very pleased with the upgrade

    The 1198 will be brighter and have a wider range of adjustment in brightness. It will also have a faster processor and support 360. As of now, I don't think the 1197 will support the 360.
