I still think we will be able to get the bridge snapshot off of that SD card. It would be a shame not to be able to.
That is the best snapshot I have ever seen from HB or Lowrance.
PS: I will bet on Elaine against any of you dock shooters..
Don, that second boat is about 150 yd from other boat and about 15 feet deep whereas the other one is about 10 feet deep if my memory is correct, but you know how memory comes and goes and mostly goes in these later years

When I keep my gratitude higher than my expectations I have a good day
I like the picture of the hot chick holding the crappie
if my 998 worked that well, I'd have more money in my wallet
Genec, those are really good pictures. Here's a tip to make your Di even better.there's separate sensitivity/contrast adjustments for si and Di.that bridge that you crossed is a good example to use.some of the bridge is directly below the boat while the rest is out to one side.notice how its brighter out to the side more than under the boat.by turning the contrast down on the Di setting the part of the bridge under the boat will become brighter along with fish or anything else in that area.same thing with that brush pile.works the same.give it a try
Kosmo, thanks will try, have to see how to change DI without changing SI
God Demonstrated his love for us. Romans 5:8
while
in any view that has Di make sure that Di is the active side and push menu once then chance contrast.start turning the contrast down and watch the structure on Di screen brighten as you turn it down.this will not affect the si.if you want you can do this in the si/Di view so that you can see how it changing the Di while the si will remain unchanged
genec
looks good and glad to see you pulled them in
I look at another pic and notice that big white spot is probably a pillow that held bridge and if look close there are a lot of long fish clinging close to it,too long for crappies, bass or something, can anyone else see them? I blow up pic a little.

genec I would say that you are right on track. Also notice your boat speed of .2, that is prob. why you are getting those elongated lines. If you pick up your boat speed you should be able to see the stones or bricks of the pillow. great shot though
kosmo, thx for the info. I was less tha happy with my DI shots from the 898 and this is something I need to try as well next time out.
