Sounds like transducer envy to me, kosmo I'm sorry yours is so small. Not everyone can have a big one.

All I have is 2d now. I ain't got nothing else left. Time to revisit the image shops if I ever get my boat delivered.

Ima gonna wait and see what comes out at Xmas. Hope I can still remember how to use the 2d as a stand along.

my 998 di not actually have a useable di, so the one I have now is actually useful

I can use either one of them fairly effectively. Not much difference IMO. I am still waiting on a sponsor. Only problem I have is my butt don't fit in those tiny standup bootie seats on those bass boats.

brettw,you seem to be on a role here with false information.here's a picture of my 597hd/Di transducer that I've also used hooked to my 998.the quality of Di that i get compared to what you have shone using that elephant sized transducer shows different. that big old thing you've got doesn't even have 2d built in.

maybe there's something wrong with your touch unit?

lets be honest here if Im getting pictures like this from this little transducer then you got ripped off.

here's a nother picture you can use to tune your touch unit with

you no the 597hd/is only $550 it doesn't have si but hay your touch hasn't shone to have much he si ether

you do remember when lowance introduced the lss2 and they advertised more range.well that never happened now did it
