    I notice you have "Course" as 1 of your readouts on the 1197

    How do you find this useful in your type of fishing...??

    I dont use course now. Remember i said these were when i was learning to use my units.

    I cant speak for Chaunc but I use it to get to a waypoint . I match course with bearing
