Anybody ever paint on top of powder painted jigs? Thinking about adding some eyes to my jigs without using the stickon ones.

I have the same cooler that I have a stone and oxygen tank hooked up. Keeps bait great and I have yet to see a tired minnow.

How do you get a #4 jig hook to fit in a 1/4oz. mold. I prefer the smaller hooks but can't get them to fit in the mold.

Where do you get your supplies??? I use Netcraft and Barlow's, of course Cabelas and Bass Pro. I've looked at some others, but they are pretty expensive. Does anybody deal in more bulk??? :confused:

I have been told that it is "porous polyethylene". I contacted a commercial jig maker and they have huge fluid beds that dip 1000 jigs at a time and cost $100s of dollars..........but they didn't...

I've used a clamp for 40 yrs. Never used a pedestal. It would be fine for me as long as it where stable.:o

I quess I should have addressed it to the jig makers. The fluid beds are air flow devices that keep powder paint suspended for a lighter, more even coat. There is a material in the bottom of the cups...

What is the porous material in the bottom of the fluid bed cups??? I have never seen anything like it. I'd like to make some of my own, but I have no idea what that material is.:confused:
