I do agree that garmin is more intuitive. I do run Garmin for that reason. And because I leaned that way during the panoptix era.

Through the years ive owned two Rapala 12v. They worked great but i damaged both of them. Ive been using an Ozarke Trail 15$ but the dang blades keep jumping out.

Funny you mentioned that. I was actually over there checking the April empty moon for Shell Cracker. I caught endless blue gill but they were last years spawn. So I called an audible.

Times sure have changed. We would fish with cane poles and had to paddle a 14 ft flat. Today I was using custom rods with spot lock and FF sonar.

Went back to the first place I ever caught a crappie with my Dad and the last place I caught one with him. Good memories. They was in less than three ft under docks and hitting the jigs just barely...
