With all the rain we've had the lakes in AZ have come way up. There's a lot more rain to come and a lot of snow in the high country to melt this spring. All the new water brings well needed nutrients...

Our waters are what I would call merky. As far as catching them in 60' of water, they are suspended. Normally in the dead of winter the Crappie will be around 18' in anywhere from 25 to 60'....

Won't work here. Mid 50's is what we call "freezing cold" in AZ. The Crappie at Rosey are real deep, anywhere from 20 to 35' over 40 to 60' of water.

Trolled for Crappie At Rosey last week. Nice day but only managed 12 slabs and 1/2 dozen or so bass. One of which was this 2 9 smallie on a 10'6" ultralight. Great fight!
