Well I did something new this week I had been wanting to do for a long time. Hit the Cumberland river below wolf creek dam while they were generating. Went twice, 2 walleye, 3 trout and a smallie....

Quick update, ended up getting the striker ice climate suit. HO...LY....COW!! Thats the best thing since sliced bread!! Very warm.

I was down there yesterday, let the wind push me a little to close to a school on a tree. They were gone within seconds. Bite was super tough. Best for the day was 1.75.

The best advice I can give on dale hollow is stay as far away from the fish as you can. Those fish are SPOOKY!!. Definitely going to try to fish more this coming year. I need to work on open water...

Thanks. Yeah, we were putting in at the 3rd parking lot a few weeks ago. If we dont get alot of rain this week, it should be to summer pool by mid week. 64 degrees and color is perfect.
