I think those would work well for summer run...
I think those would work well for summer run steelhead. Seen many floating grubby looking thing gulped up by them. Should be killer when any hatch is going on for crappie and other panfish.

I finally found the crappie in a local lake and now I want to make sure to find them through spring. They were suspended in 20 foot water or deeper at about 5-7 feet from what I can calculate. Water...

I have seen that but only when using dirty lead, aka alloys. I rarely get pure lead from my local scrap yard so my weights are never what the mold says. 1/2 ounce jig heads were only 3/8
