Its nice to know theres at least fish in the vicinity of your jigs for sure.My favorite tho is when you see a big suspended mark and reel up to it and it gets wacked.I have jigged without it but now...

I have to agree.Its awesome watching fish swim up and crushing your offerings.Its also very frustrating when your sitting on fish and can't get them to hit.

Crappies were kinda scarce today but I managed a few.Lunker of the bay was a 4lb 8 oz LMB.Was a blast on 2# test and a 24" rod.:D Some really nice perch today along with a walleye and 4 SMB.

We're going to have to drop the canoe in there this year when the ice melts and pick up where we left off.

I slammed a bunch of big crappies today.Tiny metal jigs and demons.Heres some nice crappies including a 2 lb SLAB.

The majority of them were 15' down in 19' of water.The two biggest crappies were only about 6' under the ice and attacked my lures as soon as it came near them.

Crappies were tough to find...
