Keowee can be a very tough lake to fish. Like said earlier it's so clear. The crappie are there, just have to look for them. Cane creek, stamp creek, eastatoee and crow creek are good places to look....

Stump Hunter, Yes I do have them wired to the same battery. The Minn kota is a 24v system so I wired the eagle in to one of the batteries to get 12v. Both batteries are fully charged.

I have an eagle 480 on the front of the boat. I used it with a motor guide trolling motor with the transduce clamped on the foot of the motor. Never had any problems.
