They can be tough to catch sometimes. Best advice I was given….move, move, move. If they aren’t there keep moving. Cover the water and you’ll find them. That can be challenging but it’s good advice....

I enjoy my time on the water even if I don’t catch any. Gives me time to breathe and relax. I do try for at least one though. lol. I do think you shouldn’t stop unless it’s just not enjoyable anymore.

Yup, I think on one of my lakes they do more deep spawning then shallow. Nice catches
