I would put the clip on end of leader and attach the jig to it. Then when ready to change jig just unclip, change jig and close it back. No need to change leader or retie.

I hardly ever fish with a bobber but if I do I prefer the clip on kind rather than a slip bobber. It will detect bites better for you.
