We had the best time and that is not alot of fish for that area. They are not running just yet. Going back next week.

The best thing to do is cut the throat and leave them in a bucket of water for about 20 min. before you clean them.

1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/ 2 sticks margarine
1 cup brown sugar
optional nuts
greased Bundt pan

I agree Sac-a-lait. Grilled on the half shell basted with butter, old bays, and crushed garlic.

Made them today using white bass and they turned out awsome.
