They don't seem as comfortable as some of the cushy padded seats... -

I got a 21 ft triton. holders are mounted as far forward as they can go. 18 ft rods leave me bout 15 ft in front of TM.
I never have any issues getting into the TM. -

I put lock tite on the bottom of upright And...
I put lock tite on the bottom of upright
And removed rubber washer from top of upright replace with a metal internal lock washer.
