Not to complicate things but I believe you can buy the solix 10 for less than the helix 12. Gives you touch screen and ability to configure your own screens. I think the resolution is better also....

Nice. I got a new one in 06 with the 90 four stroke I believe it’s about 100 lbs heavier than the new 115 FS and it still runs great. This one should last you awhile

So far the only time my phone went under water was when I forgot to put the plug in the back of the boat. Thankfully the phone insurance covered it.
