I purchased the LMS-334c igps unit this last saturday. Man what a difference!
I cant say it helped me bring more fish to the boat yet, but i am 98% sure that once i get better...

FWIW i was told by basspro this weekend that there are really only 2 differences between the lowrance and the eagle of the same model.
1. Power (sometimes less in the eagle, but not always)

well gents... back to square one.
turns out Lowrance doesnt make a trolling motor mount for their Dual Frequency transducers. and i cant come up with a decent way to mount it. After a very poor day...

All 6 of my rods are currently spooled with 6#. Then again, the lake im in, if i pull out a 1.5lb'er... thats a tournament winner. I am however considering spooling a couple of rods with 8# to adjust...

I think right now im kinda torn between the lowrance 107cdf and the x135. Im just not sure if i can bring myself to pay the extra 250 for the 107cdf. I looked at the 102c and 332c and i keep getting...

Honestly it depends on alot of conditions,weather, water temp, season, etc. but Yes they can hang around docks at that depth. My slip sits in 36 ft and ive caught them 2ft off the surface and 1 ft...
