I lived on that lake for 28 years. I bet 50% of the years the spawn would be messed up. Water high, water falling etc.
i loved fishing that lake, but finally gave in and moved north..

Finally I can post a good report. Got our limit from 1-4 pm then they stopped. 20 fow 15 ft deep. Caught some real slabs. Let 6 big ol black females go back to spawn. Monkey milk and mayfly bg

Those otters can get into about anything. They are creative and destructive

I am curious if anyone else is having trouble catching crappie in their dock. It’s been slow slow where I fish. I was slamming them this time last year!

There is a heated dock at Indian Springs by Bernice bridge. Nothing heated ay red arrow.
they do catchem pretty good in the heated dock.

Just got back from Elk hunting in Colorado and tried the crappie for a couple hours. Caught 10 nice keepers and a bunch of little ones.
12ftdeep in 20 fow. Black and chatreuse BG. Biggest 13 incher....
