Nice!! Congrats! I've never caught a limit either. Not sure I want to clean that many, but I would like to get good enough to catch enough for supper, fairly consistently.

Our water temp in North OK was 39 to 40 today. Mostly cloudy with intermittent sun. Ice in the backs of coves. We strolled 0.3 mph along steep rock banks in 16-18 FOW, catching them at 12. No bait,...

The HDI skimmer transducer with DI and sonar will work great. In my opinion, SI is not needed on the trolling motor. Lowrance makes a trolling motor mount for pretty cheap.

Tracker boats are hard to beat. If I wanted a comfortable fishing boat, I'd go with the 19 foot pro team with a 115 4 stroke Mercury. They sip fuel and are very reliable.

I am sold on RTIC. I bought a 45, 2 years ago and it's been a great investment. I use it a lot. The only thing that might wear out is the rubber latches and they are cheap to replace.

I see the cutout behind the shaft on the mount. My question was how to run the wire where the shaft turns and also where the mount folds for stow and deploy. -

I tried the rig out for the first time and it's pretty cool. The wind was blowing pretty hard so it made boat control pretty difficult.

What's the biggest advantage to the 14 foot rods vs the 12? Is it practical to say that the 14s won't spook as many fish? Is 2 feet making that much difference?

If you Google image search total scan transducer you can see what it looks like mounted. They are pretty long and vulnerable to stumps so I would defiantly mount it on a spring bracket.
